When it was installed it was missing the rubber flap for under the door. It covers the insulation, which is exposed and I am concerned about my cat's getting to it. I called the instructor, they told me to call Samsung since it wasn't in box. Well, I'm still waiting for it to arrive.

My dishes come out wet every. Single. Wash. I have to leave the dishwasher open for 1-2 additional hours for them to dry. Very frustrating. It’s one redeeming quality is that it’s so quiet I sometimes don’t realize it’s on!

Even after running it with hot water for a complete cycle before using it with dishes, dishes come out dirty and with a film. The dishes never dry. There is water throughout the machine.

But it’s already giving us issues and it hasn’t even been close to a year yet since purchase. My biggest issue since day one is nothing ever seems to actually dry. Always has a mist of water left on everything. Entire plates will be wet from mist. I have to dry everything with a towel. Very unhappy

Samsung washer - good value

The only issue I have is the bottom and top layout could be a bit better designed to maximize the amount of dishes we can load. There isn't a ton of space between the prongs.

It was great service, I appreciate the technician taking a little extra time with my dad.

It’s so irritating that I wish I would have spent this money on a nicer dishwasher. I’m literally buying silverware with a thick bottom because of this issue.

It wouldn’t finish a cycle and the normal light would start blinking. Someone came out once last year and said it wasn’t draining properly, but didn’t do anything to fix it. It worked off and on throughout the year until recently. Now it doesn’t work at all. I have Best Buy Total Tech, so I’ll get some help on a replacement. However, good dishwashers are much more expensive so I’ll need to put up some cash to cover the cost.
