However, the plastic adjustable feet don't stay in position properly, and I worry they will break. The door doesn't have a metal latch either which definitely worries me for the long-term Also, even for a stainless finish, it REALLY gets ugly quick. You will need to polish it constantly.

It was ordered February 5, delivered on March 9th and is non-operating. Tech support said that they will have another one installed on April 12th.

Its louder than expected based on specs and compared to Whirlpool of same noise rating. Installation instruction are vague. For the pricepoint to get ‘stainless’ its still a decent machine.

I'm an avid Samsung fan. I have owned every samsung galaxy, I have 2 samsung tvs and a samsung fridge in my house so I figured samsung was the way to go with my next dishwasher. Sad to say, this dishwasher Just does not live up to the standards in which I hold Samsung. I notice my the dishes on the top rack do not come out clean (food particles still on them) and the "heat and dry" setting is nonexistent. I always set it on heat and dry and the heat works but my dishes are always wet and I have to leave my dishwasher open to air dry them. And for the price tag, that should not be. Samsung missed the mark with this one.

1st time I used it wont drain and keeps humming

Stop humming won’t clean or drain Purchased 6/4/2020 my house was under construction got to use it 6/26/2020 and it never completed the cycle, it was full with water and a continuous humming noise that won’t stop. I had to empty the water into a bucket w a cup and still will not continue its cycle once it reached a certain amount of water starts humming and it goes dead. Purchased from Best Buy Madison Heights hope they can take care of the isssue without dealing with manufacturers.

It wouldn’t finish a cycle and the normal light would start blinking. Someone came out once last year and said it wasn’t draining properly, but didn’t do anything to fix it. It worked off and on throughout the year until recently. Now it doesn’t work at all. I have Best Buy Total Tech, so I’ll get some help on a replacement. However, good dishwashers are much more expensive so I’ll need to put up some cash to cover the cost.
