When it sits and beeps I have to go over and hold the start button down so the water will drain. It looks nice on the outside and inside and seems well made, but is temperamental.

We would practically have to wash the dishes, before we, washed the dishes. This dishwasher absolutely amazes me. I doesn't matter how dirty or caked on, the dishes come out clean.

Overall, this dishwasher looks great. The controls are on the top of the door which will take some getting used to. After plenty of use, lll be sure to update this review!

Samsung says Bestbuy damaged it on install and Bestbuy says they only cover installs for 90 days. I keep getting boxed in by "policy" talk and no one willing to actually help me without money out of my pocket. Very disappointed.
