Received this dishwasher on 8/30 and it arrived on time and without damage. Overall, this dishwasher looks great. The controls are on the top of the door which will take some getting used to. After plenty of use, lll be sure to update this review!

This is a quality dishwasher and runs very quietly. I am very satisfied with its quality and ability to get dishes clean. Has many settings including delay wash.

It looks nice and runs good but doesn’t dry the dishes very well.

Average at best. Replaced another Samsung that failed after 5 years and it appears to e quality has gotten worse than when I bought the last one. Works great but looks and feels cheap. Also the anti fingerprint coating just makes it harder to clean

This matching dishwasher (goes with my new refrigerator, stove and microwave hood) is seriously the best dishwasher I've ever owned & it fit into the existing spot so picture perfectly! Could not be happier with this purchase!

Great deal! Was the right price color and size we were looking for. Don't regret the purchase. However it does have issues draining all the water sometimes. I dont know if it is and issue with this particular model?

I bought this appliance to match several other Samsung appliances in my kitchen (frig. stove and microwave). Of the three, this is the most disappointing. The installer talked me into drilling the drain hole higher then the previous one explaining there would likely be no backwash when draining and just the opposite has occurred. It's never dry inside. After a few months, I've also noticed a cloudiness on my glasses, I did not have before. Sound levels are not terribly loud but neither is it a quiet machine. I would advise potential purchasers to spend more to get more and beware of installers instructions.

Stainless color is a bit off. It’s a lighter duller silver than the other Samsung stainless appliances we purchased. Just weird that it doesn’t match.

Good, fair-priced dishwasher, efficient install. We had limited height requirement. This unit fit. Works fine and unlike many Samsung models, it has heated dry option. Thank you Best buy for the fair price and efficient delivery/install.

Love the dishwasher. Loved the service at the store. Especially loved the 2 young men that did the install. Very professional and down to earth.

The delivery was delayed substantially (from 12-2 until 8:30 - 9:30?) Individuals involved however, kept us informed and eventually they showed up. They were polite, apologetic, and extremely professional.

No kitchen is complete without a beautiful dishwasher - :) this purchase as very comfortable, and Best Buy made it very easy by providing removal of the old appliance and installation of the new one. Thanks Best Buy!

This dishwasher worked fine for us for a year. After that (conveniently immediately after the warranty was up) the inlet valve failed and started leaking. After some searching I found many others that had this same problem, most of whom had it show up very shortly after the warranty expired. After getting the faulty part fixed it worked fine again for a few months until the "over level water sensor" also stopped working. Again I searched online only to find (surprise, surprise) that this is another issue that several other people have reported encountering. The dishwasher now constantly thinks that there is too much water inside it which causes it to immediately stop the cycle, at which point the only option is to turn it off. This machine may look sleek but it's just a hastily assembled bundle of cheap, low quality components wrapped in a shiny silver package. You may think you're getting a good deal for $500 but you're going to spend an additional $500 on repairs before you've even owned it for two years.

Our dishwasher is 1 year and 2 months old and just broke. It only alphas a 1 year warranty so we are now stuck paying to replace it. In the last 2 years we have replaced most of our major appliances with Samsung and now we are having to replace all of them again because Samsung doesn’t last. Go with another brand. This was the noisiest dishwasher I have ever owned. Anything on the outer rim of the top rack did not come clean. About every month it would develop a roadkill smell that I would have to clean out with bleach. My dishes never came out dry. This was just a poor quality dishwasher.
