We trust Samsung brand but this is very disappointing. We weren’t able to test this when we bought it because the closing on our new house was delayed. Even rinse agent does not help. I see a lot of water and droplets on the dishes even with heated dry on. The cheaper dishwasher in our rental apartment was way better in drying. I would really like to exchange this dryer for a different one.

Defective Unit

Unit started beeping, flashing lights and refuse to turn off without unplugging the power. Researched on youtube and find out this error is common for this particular samsung model. Heat dry also never worked. Recommend to avoid Samsung who knowingly release defective dishwashers.

Boooo Samsung. Pain in my butt

Samsung has paid for the repairs as it is within the 1 year warranty period, however it is the exact same problem every time. We are without a working dishwasher for 1-3 weeks everytime until it is repaired! It is very disappointing as we have other Samsung products and have been pleased with all of our other purchases. Spend a little more money and get a better quality product. Thumbs down for this hunk of junk.

The wash process is quite long so I have been hand washing. But when I have used it it seems to be working fine. Delivery was a totally smooth transaction too, the men were very nice and worked with precision and speed.

Very nice on the inside and the look is very modern. It doesn’t clean the dishes well. You don’t have many options only 3 to be exact. Spend an extra hundred or so and get a better option.
