It looks nice on the outside, but it is cheaply made on the inside. Not only that, but it uses a some proprietary parts that are not easily found making repairing it a headache. The repair guy said he would opt for a Whirlpool if given the choice. Save your time and money and look elsewhere.

Fails after 17 months

To me that means 10-15 years of service. Here I am 17 months later having to replace it. Tried all the possible ideas, runs for 45 minutes and error codes out. 12 month warranty of course! Will never buy a Samsung again, and suggest others BEWARE!
