Firstly, the machine I got had a dented front cover, so I had to have it replaced. About 5 months in a pump broke on it, causing a leak. Thankfully the Samsung warranty covered the costs, but it took several call-outs to figure out the problem. Since then, the dishwasher runs fine, though dishes are always soaking wet after washing, even with heated dry (despite use of rinse aid). The front outside cover of the machine spots easily. I realize this machine was on the lower end of the price scale, but I expected better. Prior to this I had a 10 year old Frigidaire model that worked way better than this.
