Customers are positive about the cleaning performance, quiet operation, and ease of use of this dishwasher, frequently praising its value for the price. ||Posted . Owned for 10 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I thought I was getting a quality Samsung product. I was wrong. Firstly, the machine I got had a dented front cover, so I had to have it replaced. About 5 months in a pump broke on it, causing a leak. Thankfully the Samsung warranty covered the costs, but it took several call-outs to figure out the problem. Since then, the dishwasher runs fine, though dishes are always soaking wet after washing, even with heated dry (despite use of rinse aid). The front outside cover of the machine spots easily. I realize this machine was on the lower end of the price scale, but I expected better. Prior to this I had a 10 year old Frigidaire model that worked way better than this.

Posted .Hello there.
We want our customers to have the best cleaning and drying experience. Let's provide some tips and tricks on cleaning and drying the dishwasher.
Most Samsung dishwashers use condensing dry technology. This means that the water gets really hot and turns into steam, and then when things cool down again, the water droplets form. Please see these links for details.
