To prevent any odor or smell on your dishwasher, do not leave dirty dishes in the dishwasher and leave the door slightly open when the dishwasher is not in use, and proper cleaning is an important part of maintenance.

Had two invisible dents, at least from what I was told but you really can’t see it to my 40 year old corrected vision eyes. Also, there was also a very small rust spot. But do the the non existent available if such items as this, I’ll take it and save nearly $400.

Very nice on the inside and the look is very modern. It doesn’t clean the dishes well. You don’t have many options only 3 to be exact. Spend an extra hundred or so and get a better option.

A waste of money

The Express 60 lights keeps blinking. I researched this error code and tried to troubleshoot the issue (I even had two different technicians come out and look at it) and the issue is still not resolved. I recently discovered that if I only use the top rack the dishwasher works perfectly fine, ugh, this is so frustrating.

The cycle begins and stops 10 min into it with the control lights flashing. This happened with my old dishwasher after 4 years and I had to pay hundred for someone to come out to fix it.

When using the dishwasher, try to arrange the dishes properly. You should remove food remains such as bones, fruit seeds, etc., and any other waste, such as toothpicks, paper, etc., from the dishes as these may cause damage to the dishes, create noise, or cause the dishwasher to malfunction. Make sure as well that your dishwasher is level.

The 10-year-old dishwasher that I replaced with this dishwasher dried better than this. I'm very disappointed!! I suppose I will have to endure the entire process of missing work, waiting for the item to arrive, and the installation process itself all over again if indeed Best Buy replaced it with a same dishwasher that it just the same. the problem must be with the model itself. very frustrating.
