After washing dishes at least twice, they are still not clean. Additionally, they don't dry. There's so much water remaining on the dishes it's crazy. Unfortunately, I am active duty military so with the required travel for my job, I missed the return period. Please, save your money. Samsung is usually great but now I notice these items are cheaply and quickly made. Do not buy!

Their website is a maze and the customer support is terrible and you get sent to different departments across the us and the web and no one knows what they are talking about.

Water drainage issue

But, for some reason we have poor water drainage and water pools/sits at the bottom. Probably an installation issue but still frustrating.

Working Great
