KitchenAid started leaking after 3 1/2 years and the repair would have cost $650. That was the price of this new Samsung dishwasher installed. So far this thing washes cleaner than the high priced KA. Very pleased with purchase.

No complaints here. It doesn't have all the fancy extras but does the job for a brand name at a good price. Besides, I like simple operations compared to something I won't know how to use or ever use.

However the installer said it uses less electricity and pulls less amperage being more energy efficient. Has a plastic shell so you do not want to puncture it or you have to replace the whole thing.

Its simple to install and you really don't even need the directions to operate it. Very user friendly!

Only down side is it did not tell us that it did not come with a power cord or water line. Other than that it's great.

It's nice and quiet. The cycles are about two hours long. Also the buttons are incredibly sensitive.

The only issue I found is when I check the dishes in the morning, some of them are still wet. Hope that they can improve the drying function of this. But over all, i like our new dish washer. Thank you
