I have had the worst experience. The heat dry on my dishwasher doesn't eork. Over the years I have spent tens of thousands of dollars at best buy. I recently purchased a new set of kitchen appliances and the process has been terrible from install to trying to get someone out to look at the quality of the installation. My floor counters and island have all been damaged and I realized this after the installers left. Not to mention the install team is outsourced and the language barrier has been difficult by the 3 teams that came out on separate days for deliveries and installs. I call the "total tech" support line which I paid for and questits worth and get an outsourced call center from overseas that transfer me to anyone at a corporate office or store. I'm considering never purchasing from here again. I get better customer service from Amazon. I'm sure there is an appliance store that would do much better as well. I'm too busy with life to drive 24 minutes to talk to someone at Beat Buy everytime I want to inquire about my purchases.

Saad was extremely helpful and found the right dishwasher to fit our needs. He extend the facility to hold the product at the store giving us time to arrange for pickup and delivery.

This is the absolute WORST dishwasher I have ever purchased! I bought this dishwasher September 2019(New) two months later it broke. Geek squad made “repairs” and it worked fine for another two months. In January 2020 it stop working again. Same exact issue. In which it was “repaired” again. End of March 2020 same issue. Being that we are in the middle of a “pandemic” I was unable to have it repair at that time. We are in August 2020 with our third repair scheduled for this weekend. For about a year now we have asked for an exchange/replacement/half credit to buy a new dishwasher that is NOT Samsung and have been unsuccessful. I have spoken to representatives from both Samsung and Best Buy. I’ve been given the run around. I definitely would NOT recommend this SAMSUNG dishwasher! it’s TRASH and Samsung does NOT stand behind their product. We have been without a dishwasher for about 5 months now...TRASH!!!

Just received the dishwasher and it seems to be working fine

Purchased this dishwasher after our very old one finally stopped working. This dishwasher is very easy to use, it’s not complicated at all. It gets the job done and the cycles are quiet. I’m very happy with my purchase.

Washes the dishes great. Very loud so turn up the TV. Was missing all the connections that it should have come with even the hose elbow. You’ll need to make a trip to home depot. But other than that it good.

I replaced my builder upgraded dishwasher for this one. There were so many that were way more expensive and I'm halpy.i got this one! I'm a 36 year old women and I installed it myself, its not to hard.

It was a bit weird having to order my appliance online since you had to make an appointment to go in the store but I understood the circumstances we are in. Love all my Samsung appliances from Best Buy.

For the price I paid, it’s a great dishwasher. The only issue is that it seem as if it takes a long time to complete one cycle.

My dishwasher Samsung was delivered on time and installed in my new home without problems. Great product. Clean dishes without leaving any soap residue. Happy with this dishwasher.

Had a few issues with delivery a few times with this dishwasher, but the appliance manager was very helpful in getting the installation scheduled and following up making sure the delivery and installation went smoothly.

Dishwasher is only ok. If you need a cheap replacement this is for you. However, it does not always drain and it does not always dry well. It is a little on the loud side but I knew that before I bought it. Again average dishwasher.

Works great and looks very sleek. Fits nicely to the space.

Defective Unit, had to return it after using it twice. Unit started beeping, flashing lights and refuse to turn off without unplugging the power. Researched on youtube and find out this error is common for this particular samsung model. Heat dry also never worked. Recommend to avoid Samsung who knowingly release defective dishwashers.

I previously had a Samsung storm wash and it operated better. I thought this would be similar, but its a lower end model. It's a little noisy and it gives no indication when the load is done.
