Heating element went on the last one (GE). Given COVID, installed myself. Not too difficult to install. Does not come with a power chord. Strongly recommend to use Cascade for drying dishes/glass.

Pros: Quiet Very nice looking Does a very good job cleaning dishes Cons: I do not like the configuration of the slots. It makes it difficult to load pots in conjunction with plates. Inside seems a bit smaller than my last machine Overall I think this is a decent product. It does the job that is intended. I do see why they changed the configuration of the inside on the more updated version. If you can afford it, go for the upgrade. But overall its not bad

This is an amazing dishwasher for the price. Basically I use a dishwasher for a glorified drying rack this was a nice upgrade got rid of my old dingy white 20 year old dishwasher to something stainless and sexy

Powerful cleaning with no streaks or water spots left behind. It is spacious and has enough room between the top and bottom shelves to allow larger dishes. I need recommendations on how to clean the front, I have patches of shine and dullness since wiping it with a towel. What should use to maintain the original shine/sheen.

I was very happy with the performance of this dishwashers. It was easy to install, and I have enjoyed it very much since I started using it.

I replaced our old kenmore washer with this beauty. I was on the fence between this washer or higher end. All I know is that it had to be efficient and do it’s job well because I was fed up with quarantine dishes. This dishwasher has not disappointed me at all! I love this little gem. Every time they are spotless. EVERY SINHLE TIME! Also, it’s quiet! Who would have thought that a dishwasher machine could do a great job and be quiet at the same time?!! I have only owned this beauty for about a month and I couldn’t be happier.

Replaced a faulty Samsung washer with this one. Great deal and performs exceptionally. Only drawback is the upper rack but it’s not that bad and we adjusted to it. Quiet operation and gets dishes quite clean

Dishwasher is quite and easy to use. It cleans well for dishes that have been rinsed, but leaves residue on items not prewashed. Instillation was difficult even with new kit.

I rarely use a dishwasher so I wasn't interested in paying more for a dishwasher with all the bells & whistles. I have to say, I've used this dishwasher more than I usually would in putting it through it's paces. This dishwasher is much quieter than I thought it would be, it cleans my dishes well & I love how sleek it is because the buttons to operate it are hidden at the top of door & out of sight unless the door is open. Samsung & Best Buy do not disappoint! This is a nice addition to my newly renovated kitchen!

We replaced our older dishwasher (19 yrs), with this Samsung unit and we can’t believe how quite it is. We’ve used this dishwasher about 10 times and it cleans our dishes wonderfully.

Very quiet and works well. I wish the control were on the outside, however as the top rated dishwashers were top control built-in.

It’s very quiet, plenty of room for large plates. So far it has done a great job cleaning the dishes.

Good product for the money (bought on sale $379+) - interior seems smaller than older dishwashers (with exterior same size) - nice appearance and quiet - would recommend to a friend

Really easy to install yourself with the help of YouTube and some mild handy skills. It doesn’t do a good job of drying dishes if you load up too many dishes. The touch panel isn’t the most responsive at times. The top mounting bracket was too long for underneath my cabinet so I had improvise. It washes dishes reasonably well for the price. I like the depth of the drawers.
