    I wanted to love this Dishwasher SO badly. Unfortunately it just doesn’t dry no matter what setting I have it on. I wouldn’t recommend..

    Doesn’t dry dishes. At all never have. Never will. The blade broke after 4 months of use

    I left dishes overnight to make sure they would be dry by morning and Everything was still soaked the next day. It doesn’t dry well.

    Still doesn't dry properly. All dishes come out damp and wet. This is our 2nd try and still disappointed.

    Poor Quality and Drying

    Dishwasher broke 1 month outside of my warranty. Stops draining and the pump is shot. Previous dishwasher was 10+ years old and still worked. I only got this as a part of a holiday appliance deal, so fixing it would essentially cost the same price I paid for the thing. Even with rinse aid it also dried poorly. Was installed by BB installers.

    Nate and Mike were great!! They weren’t from Best Buy not part of Geek Squad. They were professional and on time. They did notice scratches on the handle and front that was reported as it was out of the box that way. They took photos

    The top washer fan blade randomly broke within a month of using this. After reading other reviews i see that this isnt the first time this has happened with this dishwasher. It also does not dry well. I added some finish dry product and see that it makes a difference. I have the total tech program so hopefully best buy fixes it or replaces.

    The way this loads is set up poorly. Large plates and pots are very hard to load efficiently.

    Bought to replace the same model I had that failed. Stopped drawing and giving error messages often. After 2 service calls the tech told me it would cheaper to buy a new one. So I did. 30 days later the same cycle of problems started. Half the time it stops in the middle of the cycle without draining or fully cleaned the dishes.
