Poor Quality and Drying

Stops draining and the pump is shot. Previous dishwasher was 10+ years old and still worked. I only got this as a part of a holiday appliance deal, so fixing it would essentially cost the same price I paid for the thing. Even with rinse aid it also dried poorly. Was installed by BB installers.

After reading other reviews i see that this isnt the first time this has happened with this dishwasher. It also does not dry well. I added some finish dry product and see that it makes a difference. I have the total tech program so hopefully best buy fixes it or replaces.

Most Samsung dishwashers use condensing dry technology. This means that the water gets really hot and turns into steam, and then when things cool down again, the water droplets form on the cooling stainless steel walls of the dishwasher instead of on your still-hot dishes.

After 2 service calls the tech told me it would cheaper to buy a new one. So I did. 30 days later the same cycle of problems started. Half the time it stops in the middle of the cycle without draining or fully cleaned the dishes.
