A worthy dishwasher

The operation is smooth and cleans very well. Be careful when you install it though, as the door latch could break if you are not careful and rough with it.

The two rack locations make no sense. The top rack is big but makes it so that it’s way too close to the bottom. That means plates barely fit and cooking utensils don’t fit. Plus because of what’s inside everything stays wet. Not a good dishwasher and I am washing more by hand now. Very much regret this purchase. It’s getting 2 stars since it functions and the stop buttons are nice.

Dishes need to be rinsed and sometimes it doesn't drain completely and will have stinky water standing in the bottom. In the future, I will spend the extra for a Bosch again.

If you do not plan on using the dishwasher for a few days, hold down the start button for three seconds to drain the remaining water to help with the smell. Sleek looking for the cost

Since I was replacing all of my appliances with stainless steel, I loved this one for the price. Works well. Only thing I really dislike is the inside of the door keeps moisture on it and the door doesn't dry unless I keep it open after running it. Other that it, it works well.

The first one we got was leaking and thankfully Best Buy replaced it and we haven’t had any issues with the new one.

Things are a little light weight to be expected. From my experience don’t put too dirty things in. Rinse first. You’ll get more years without repairs.

It's the same size on the outside as our previous dishwasher, but it seems as though there is a lot less room inside. Cleans the dishes well, but doesn't really dry them.

Glad I didn't try it! The racks are light and appear cheap! It took me and my daughter a while to figure out (even with the book) how to operate it? Doesn't seem to clean as well as I expected, even compared to the old one which was ancient! Does not dry the dishes no matter what setting you use. The stainless steel on the door is really THIN and really CHEAP! won't take much to dent/scratch it!

It takes too long to wash dishes and even then, dishes come out with food still stuck to them, But even worse than that, after only 2.5 years of use by a family of 4 people, the part of the upper rack rusted and fell off ! It never happened to me before and all reps at Samsung are very good at politely ignoring you and insisting that it is a normal occurrence. I had used Whirlpool dishwashers in the past and they never had a single part rusted on them. What a shame! So, may be, Samsung should stick to making phones, or wait they are failing at that too! When will they start listening to their customers?
