After finishing the job it’s leaving lots of residue and moisture in the dishwasher, I have to leave the dishwasher open for at least a day to clear everything out. If I don’t do that then I see moisture all over the dishwasher even after few days. I’m not sure if this is a defective product.

The majority of Samsung dishwashers use condensing dry technology. This means that as the water becomes very hot and becomes steam, it forms water droplets. They do not land on your still-hot dishes but on the cooling stainless steel walls of the dishwasher.

Owned for 4 months when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.We bought this dishwasher in September and ended up having to call the warranty company just 4 months later on New Years Eve due to an error code and loud beeping when nearing the end of a cycle. When I called they told me the error code is showing that the heating element is going out, and the dishwasher isn't reaching proper temperature to sanitize the dishes. We always basically fully wash the dishes before putting them in, always make sure to do small loads to avoid over crowding it, and clean out the filter regularly, and it still broke. It also never gets our coffee mugs clean. It leaves a gritty substance inside of them which is wierd considering we rinse them well before putting them in. Samsung warranty is replacing the parts for free, but I am worried about future problems after the 1 year warranty is up considering it's already giving us problems just 4 months into owning it. It's not a reliable product. Ad we wont be purchasing it again. As far as design goes, we also don't like the peg placements. Cups don't fit well in really any of the upper rack sections, and the area for cereal bowls doesnt hold them up and let's them fall over on each other.
