Dishes cleaning well, but water consumption is little more than compare to my old unit. Over all is recommendable unit. Time cycle is also higher than the old unit, but front top control is very convenient.

It has the dreaded blinking “Normal” light problem which indicates one of two things: it’s flood sensor is faulty, thinking the dishwasher isn’t draining when it is or it’s actually not draining and will leak out onto your floor from the bottom. (This appears to be due to some kind of defect with this dishwasher as the problem has repeatedly been raised by owners. I’ve opted against either because I can’t figure out if that’s what the problem is for sure and it’s not worth a $150 service charge just to have someone look at it. Even before this issue it had ongoing cleaning problems where I’d have to hand wash a bunch of stuff after running it through the machine. Also the stuff on the top rack never dries. I’ll never buy a Samsung appliance again. Look elsewhere!

The tines on the bottom rack are really close together making it tough to pit it thicker plates, and the heated dry doesn’t work very well.

Only issue I have is that the last of the cycle is very loud. Kind of a piercing hum. I now program to clean when we are not in the kitchen. Very clean dishes etc. Easy to program.

I like how the interior racks holds the dishes. So far, it seems to be doing a great job making the dishes clean. I have no problem with the noise level! Love this purchase!

Glad I Bought It

The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is the upper rack spacing takes a little getting used to or some of our glasses and mugs are just big. Great price, on time delivery, easy installation instructions, very quiet operation and the dishes come out clean and the glasses look great.
