Great dishwasher with full capacity at a great price. It has an attractive appearance and fits well in the kitchen.

Doesn't come with power cord, stainless steel panel dips in when you clean it, which you will have to do often, everything shows. It's rather quite and cleans well but doesn't dry the top rack.

Make sure you get some Jet Dry and you will absolutely love it. Without it, the plastic stuff doesn't dry well. It's quiet and does a very good job cleaning pretty much anything. I would definitely purchase again.

Bought this dishwasher as part of my kitchen remodel. It was easy to install and works great! Samsung is known for making quality products!

This is not the hi end model but inexpensive. Only the door is stainless steel, the rest of the interior is plastic. The cycles take very long time to finish, almost 2 hours. The dishes come out clean.

After 14 months of use, this dishwasher quit working. My last dishwasher ran for 10 years. Previously, my only complaint was that dishes were left wet, even after using the dry function. Now the pump is leaking and activating the leak sensor, which cancels the wash cycle almost immediately. See the attached photo for evidence of the leak around the pump. Replacement parts are nearly half the cost of whole machine. I recommend you do not buy this dishwasher.

Could be quieter. Gets dishes REALLY clean. Do not like the racks which are configured for flattish tableware settings and do not work well for serving bowls, pots, pans-anything more 3 dimensional.

When using the normal mode the dishwasher does not empty. At the end of the cycle there is soapy water in the pan. We have to manually drain the appliance by starting it, then canceling it to cause it to drain. This can take up to three cancel cycles to drain the pan. The normal light flashes fast. When using the auto setting, the unit does not drain and the heavy light flashes fast. The appliance will not complete a full cycle in any of the settings without soapy water left in the pan. I removed both filters in the pan and found no blockages. Builder purchased the dishwasher for our new construction house 6/22/22. On 4/28/23 we closed on the new construction house and moved in. The builder was notified of the dishwasher problems on 11/29/23. Extremely disappointed that we only got seven months use and were advised by Best Buy that one year from the purchase date had expired (that only gave us 2 months of actual use before the end of the one year timeframe). This Samsung dishwasher cleans really well and is really quiet. I also like the hidden controls on the inside top of the door.

Very well put together unit that was easy to install. I'm pleased with the performance though I find myself using the heavy soil setting more than expected. Relative to previous dishwashers that I've used, this one is nice and quiet, too. One thing that you should be aware of is that once the "drying" cycle is over, crack the door to the dishwasher so that the water will evaporate, otherwise you'll have damp dishes. That speaks well to how insulated it is, but will frustrate anyone looking to stack dishes after the cycle is done.

Works really well and its easy to use. Id rather have the controls on the front instead of inside the washer. But it runs quiet and gets the job done!

the delivery and installation was great but the dishwasher design said it had a hybrid stainless steel tub, but what it had was a stainless steel inside door and a plastic tub my husband called best buy and best buy fixed that and sent a dishwasher with a stainless steel tub to replace the one that came and they removed and reinstalled the replacement dishwasher with no problem. Its quite and a simply look.

Excellent dishwasher that I use everyday after a long day of cooking and serving my family. No need to use plastic plates, now with this great dishwasher I can use glass reusable plates. The three rack system works perfectly for smaller and delicate objects such as, cups, bowls and glass tea sets. The machine makes little to no noise, thus, it can be used while guest are over or throughout the night. Dishes come out sparkly clean and makes life super easier!
