works great. very stylish. not high end and not low end. I would buy again. I like the clean look of the front as the controls are all at the top of the machine. decently quiet. Good for the price as compared to Bosch or LG.

Very easy to remove old dish washer and replace with this one. Easy to follow instructions. Though it did not make sure to mention to check if garbage disposal hose insert is open. It easy to open, just push some force to create the open inside.

This dishwasher is easy to use. It does leave water spots but I think that can be figured out. One complaint is you have to purchase the power cord separately. Very disappointing when you go to install it and realize you have to make a trip to purchase a power cord that should automatically come with it?

Overall great product...Draining issues at times but the drain selection button makes it an easy fix. If you dont use the drain button when the base is full it starts to smell. Dishes are clean and spotless majority of the time

I only wish it has an option for a quicker cycle,like 30 or 40 minute

This was a great choice for my kitchen. It is easy to use and has many options to clean the dishes. One if my most favorite option is the delayed timer. Also, price for what you get is great.

Overall a good dishwasher. We didn't go with top of the line so I didn't expect it to be great, however, I am disappointed in its drying capabilities. The dishes and dishwasher themselves still have water droplets inside the machine. This always leads to the dishes having water stains. If one thing could be fixed that would be it.

This is the worst dishwasher I had. It takes too long to wash dishes and even then, dishes come out with food still stuck to them, But even worse than that, after only 2.5 years of use by a family of 4 people, the part of the upper rack rusted and fell off ! It never happened to me before and all reps at Samsung are very good at politely ignoring you and insisting that it is a normal occurrence. I had used Whirlpool dishwashers in the past and they never had a single part rusted on them. What a shame! So, may be, Samsung should stick to making phones, or wait they are failing at that too! When will they start listening to their customers?

Great Dishwasher. Price was well within our range along with delivery and installation. They removed the old dishwasher and were in and out in under 60 minutes. Told the time to verify no leaking. Couldn’t be happier

It is a good machine, I am very glad with this purchase. However, it took a long time for installation, because Bestbuy totaltech does not do plumbing. Had to figure that on my own. Would like bestbuy totaltech to specify that when individuals purchase the membership.

We bought this new dishwasher because our other one was dying. Love the stainless front panel and it's amazingly quiet. It does chime at the beginning and end of cycle to let you know when it ends. Otherwise, it's practically noiseless!

This dishwasher came as a part of a bundle. I had it installed about a month ago. It ran well when it was tested. I’ve used it one other time with no issues. I gave it a 3 because of the motor issues I’ve had with the refrigerator and microwave. I do not trust the quality of Samsung kitchen appliances.
