Didn’t last 2 years

It wouldn’t finish a cycle and the normal light would start blinking. Someone came out once last year and said it wasn’t draining properly, but didn’t do anything to fix it. It worked off and on throughout the year until recently. Now it doesn’t work at all. I have Best Buy Total Tech, so I’ll get some help on a replacement. However, good dishwashers are much more expensive so I’ll need to put up some cash to cover the cost.

Noisy and felt cheap inside.

It's when I opened the door and found out what composite steel actually means... steel covered door and plastic tub. No thanks. Plus we test ran the unit and it was fairly loud , at least compared to the Bosch we were replacing. I returned this unit and bought a Bosch again, can't beat the -44dbm rating on it.

Its louder than expected based on specs and compared to Whirlpool of same noise rating. Installation instruction are vague. For the pricepoint to get ‘stainless’ its still a decent machine.

Quietest Dishwasher I've ever owned!

The door pops open when the cycle is done... scared me the first time, but realized it is designed that way! Highly recommend

Complicating to install as you have to wire the seperate power cord to the dishwasher. Once we sealed it under the cabinet and ran a full cycle realized the heat coil does not work so there's no heat dry. Waste of time and money but mine could have been a defect.

Dishes come out sopping wet no matter which cycle we use, and yes we are using the heated dry cycle. The racks are poorly designed and have too many spokes, making it difficult to arrange dishes in different configurations. We've own several Samsung appliances, and this is the first one we have been highly disappointed in. Would not recommend.
