Cons: "Heated Dry" does not dry well. Electronic Control Board went out after 13 months from purchase. Recommend: 1. Buy the protection plan. It will save you the cost of parts. Note: Without a plan, repair would have cost ~85% of the purchase price of this dishwasher. 2. Best Buy Total Tech Membership gets you 20% off Service.

I just received this dishwasher. I have used it 4-5 times. First 2 times and my dishes are completely filthy after the wash, also extremely wet even after using the drying option. I chalk it up to the dishwash detergent I was using, seeing as it was all natural. I buy new dish detergent pods. Same thing - dishes filthy and not even remotely drying any of the dishes. Try a third time with another dishwasher detergent and different filters with different sets of dishes and of course, same issue. Did I just buy a glorified dish rinser?? What good is this product if not only does it not wash, it does not rinse? What do I do? I am stuck with this hunk of junk - lemon, that I paid for. My 20 year old dishwasher would clean more dish cycles in less than the time it would take this junk to rinse 1 set of dish cycles.

We trust Samsung brand but this is very disappointing. We weren’t able to test this when we bought it because the closing on our new house was delayed. Even rinse agent does not help. I see a lot of water and droplets on the dishes even with heated dry on. The cheaper dishwasher in our rental apartment was way better in drying. I would really like to exchange this dryer for a different one.
