It sat in an empty house for 60 days. New tenant called said she used it twice and the third time it refused to drain, drain pump apparently bad. Called BB with my brand new TotalTech account on Wednesday, August 30. Promised an appointment on this morning, Friday, Sept. 1. No one called or anything. Called BB at 2:00 PM. They have no record at all of the appointment and the earliest they can get to it is next Wednesday. Mad tenant...mad landlord (me). Am now calling around on a Labor Day weekend, trying to get someone to work on a NEW Samsung dishwasher. What they say is right...Samsung appliances are crap. TotalTech got me NOTHING. I'll update if and when we get this mess resolved.

Water discharge has failed twice now. It is towards the end of October 2021. Calling customer service yet again and I'm without a dishwasher for another 2 weeks... Thanks for nothing Samsung.

I suspected why there was plenty of water on the bottom after drying. Finally today at the 4th use, my kitchen floor was so flooded. It was leaking but I had let it run to see more leakage. I stopped the machine and tried several times to cancel & drain. It didn't work, but "normal" light was blinking. I powered off but the "normal" blinking never disappeared. I tried to contact with BestBuy, but it was literally impossible. Only "robots" answered and directed me to next, next.... Who is responsible for this leakage???? I am dying to speak with "human being".
