Appliance tech couldn’t find the source in two visits. Looks great and runs nice but LEAKS. It was the replacement for a four year old Samsung that could not be fixed. We purchased a Samsung suite of appliances and the microwave was repaired three times and then replaced….fridge has been repaired twice. I would never ever buy Samsung again. Going with Bosch today.

Besides that the trays where you would put plates are very flimsy and bend easily. Just not as impressed as I thought I would be.

You have to reset the settings every time & the drying function hardly works. The dishes are dripping wet when finished. Such a disappointment compared to my Bosch.

This dryer model has a heated dry option; we recommend turning this setting on to increase drying performance. Hold the Heated Dry button for three (3) seconds when power is on to lock and unlock the buttons on the control panel.
