The people who are sent have no skill set above what I can do myself. Because the old dishwasher had a copper water line they couldn’t do anything. I had the unit left and contacted a plumber to install. Also recently got a new refrigerator and delivery men couldn’t even connect to the brand new water line I had installed specifically for the appliance. I ended up going to Home Depot for the needed parts and hooked up the ice maker/water unit myself.
