Was not informed by sales that at time of installation we would need to pay an additional 89.99 because our copper pipe fittings didn't fit on the water supply line that we had. Didn't fit our new dishwasher. It was upsetting but the install team were very wonderful. They tested the machine. Showed us how to use it

I have gotten every appliance for my house from them. The warranties have always been better than any other place. The geek service is amazing. Thank you bestbuy for making life much easier.

Major disappointment to my kitchen remodel!

This dishwasher has had one issue after another. First the rinse aid door broke off, then the float sensor broke, these were under warranty, so they were repaired. But we had to wait weeks for the repair and meanwhile wash dishes by hand. Once it was barley out of warranty it wouldn't drain properly and had a leak. This had to be repaired at our cost. I have read a lot of other reviews with this leaking issue. Now, the thread that holds the foot screw broke off off on one side and the dishwasher pulled out of the cabinet and this is not repairable. So, after only 14 months we will have to reinvest in a new dishwasher. Contacted Samsung and was basically told it is out of warranty, so sorry. We are so aggravated with it, my son wants to put a grenade in it a blow it up. I have been a very loyal customer to the Samsung brand, but not after this experience.
