When it was installed it was missing the rubber flap for under the door. It covers the insulation, which is exposed and I am concerned about my cat's getting to it. I called the instructor, they told me to call Samsung since it wasn't in box. Well, I'm still waiting for it to arrive.

No options on drying cycle down side have wash options though. For the price not bad if just need one.

It was great service, I appreciate the technician taking a little extra time with my dad.

It’s so irritating that I wish I would have spent this money on a nicer dishwasher. I’m literally buying silverware with a thick bottom because of this issue.

The guide and Samsung rep. I spoke to said the door pops open when completed and it does not. Hard to know when it’s done without any indication that the cycle is over.

They answered all questions and showed me how it works. Cleaned up all straps and papers that came off. They were great and I so enjoy the quietness when it is running and the nice shiny dry dishes. Thank you for all and the price I could afford!

It's when I opened the door and found out what composite steel actually means... steel covered door and plastic tub. No thanks. Plus we test ran the unit and it was fairly loud , at least compared to the Bosch we were replacing. I returned this unit and bought a Bosch again, can't beat the -44dbm rating on it.
