1st time I used it wont drain and keeps humming

Stop humming won’t clean or drain Purchased 6/4/2020 my house was under construction got to use it 6/26/2020 and it never completed the cycle, it was full with water and a continuous humming noise that won’t stop. I had to empty the water into a bucket w a cup and still will not continue its cycle once it reached a certain amount of water starts humming and it goes dead. Purchased from Best Buy Madison Heights hope they can take care of the isssue without dealing with manufacturers.

It has several cycle options, lots of room and it is spaced out well! Customer service from store to delivery and installation was top notch!

Terrible dry cycle, not with the savings.

Dishes come out sopping wet no matter which cycle we use, and yes we are using the heated dry cycle. The racks are poorly designed and have too many spokes, making it difficult to arrange dishes in different configurations. We've own several Samsung appliances, and this is the first one we have been highly disappointed in. Would not recommend.

Doesn't dry plastic and after it is finished it is very wet in the inside on the door and inside top. I would not recommend this dishwasher. What is the point if you have to dry all the plastic containers .

Good budget dishwasher

If I was staying in the house I bought it for I would have probably gone with a model that is a little quieter. It got the dishes clean though.

Thought all were the same size

We can’t get as much in. We even struggle to put pans in. The dishes are always wet when they are done, even when we leave them for a while to dry. Not impressed with this dishwasher.
