When it sits and beeps I have to go over and hold the start button down so the water will drain. It looks nice on the outside and inside and seems well made, but is temperamental.

We would practically have to wash the dishes, before we, washed the dishes. This dishwasher absolutely amazes me. I doesn't matter how dirty or caked on, the dishes come out clean.

The only thing I would change if I could have the basket for silverware to be open baskets instead of the slots but we make it work.

But on the very first time I used it, it makes a terrible noise - it is defective. Now it is too late to return it, so I have to go through the warranty from manufacturer Out of fairness, I have also a Samsung dishwasher at another place, and it works great, like a clock, and super quiet.

Cloudy film over glasses even after cleaning filter/trap and adding spot free solution. Sanitize mode doesn't seem to help with cleaning of dirty/unrinsed dishes.

Samsung says Bestbuy damaged it on install and Bestbuy says they only cover installs for 90 days. I keep getting boxed in by "policy" talk and no one willing to actually help me without money out of my pocket. Very disappointed.
