The 10-year-old dishwasher that I replaced with this dishwasher dried better than this. I'm very disappointed!! I suppose I will have to endure the entire process of missing work, waiting for the item to arrive, and the installation process itself all over again if indeed Best Buy replaced it with a same dishwasher that it just the same. the problem must be with the model itself. very frustrating.

It gets them clean enough, which is why I give it two stars but I wish I had my ancient old dishwasher back that did a much better job! Once I get over being super annoyed I'll have to buy a new one - again - so that I don't have to pull open and let everything finish air drying after it runs with the "heated dry" cycle. It also smells really musty and gross even when it was BAND NEW, I'm assuming because it never dries so am always keeping the door open to air out. So annoying.
