Extra wastage of water. The main bottom tray of the dishwasher that we received was a little damaged. There was a section sealed in tape, which hid the corroded rod. Unfortunately we saw this after a month of delivery.. Although it is a small section, but it makes me feel that it was not a new piece. There are 2 such places that we found.

It's under warranty but the company that fixes it is so booked out that it's been a month with no dishwasher. Even the guy fixing it says it's not a good dishwasher. Would not recommend.

Hire a dishwasher while this one is broken.

Water discharge has failed twice now. It is towards the end of October 2021. Calling customer service yet again and I'm without a dishwasher for another 2 weeks... Thanks for nothing Samsung.
