Great look with all our stainless steel appliances. Only thing is dishwashing tablet doesn't always release and we have to run again. Does a great job otherwise.

When my husband was preparing to install it, we saw that it was not a stainless steel tub but plastic. I am very disappointed in the false advertising and if not for the fact that I didn't want to burden my husband with returning the item, I would have chosen to return it and make a different purchase. I specifically chose this dishwasher based on the description showing it as having a stainless steel tub! I'm so disappointed that the advertisers at BEST BUY have been so deceitful. Also, how is it that none of the reviews disclose this important feature of this dishwasher?? Have we become so clueless in doing our research and info when purchasing? Shaking my head!

The Samsung dishwasher keeps flashing lights and changing the settings. We are disappointed at only 1 month into it. It cleans great when we can get it to complete a cycle. Our old one was trouble free for years. This has been terrible.

Great value dishwasher

So far so good, we love it!! Only thing to note on all Samsung dishwashers I have seen and purchased (2) wish the silverware tray was on the door or right up front, that’s what I would change if I could !!

Drains fine in all other parts of the cycle. I think it's a control board issue. Service tech came to diagnose, but doesn't run full cycle to see the issue, but a short test cycle. Can't re-create problem, claimed an installation problem, but I believe they put that down to avoid fixing the problem. Shady. Now I have this unit that doesn't work properly. They're asking me to get a plumber to check install before they will do anything more. Ridiculous.

I installed and ran once and it did the job fine. The following day a light was blinking and it would not stop trying to drain. Busted

Bad experience

Got it installed at the beginning of December machine won't drain. Made a new appointment for new dishwasher and installation and it was tow separate appointment so delivery man won't leave new dishwasher. Then installer came and the was no dishwasher to install. So it in over a month later still don't have working dishwasher. Tomorrow is new appointment. Hoping it will be installed and working. Bought on November 26 it is now January and don't have product yet. This is the third and hopefully late appointment.
