It does not feel like it will last for very long. The racks do not track very well. Some of our larger dishes do not fit into the bottom rack, but these did fit into the last washer. The dishes are coming out washed.

It's not a stainless steel, it's plastic. The plastic tub was cracked when it arrived. Samsung and Best Buy both refused to do anything about it, as we bought it for a rehab we were doing and had to wait two months before it was installed. Only then, did we realize the PLASTIC tub was cracked. Very disappointing.
