It does not clean well at all and the racks inside are absolutely horrible and it is difficult to get things to go on the rack and stay rightside up.

Broken on arrival.

The foundation was broken so there’s no way to replace the feet. Online service was of zero help. Having to get another truck, lift it into the bed, and deliver it back to the store is going to be such a headache. Stay far away from this mode/ customer service. Disappointed is an understatement.

There are always food stains left on the dishes after the normal cycle. Maybe I need to try heavy. It just doesn’t seem like a great quality machine.

Starting failing at 10 months!

Over time, it ran less and less; sometimes never turning on and the dishes were identical condition as they went in....dirty. It's now 13 months old and the warranty is for 12 months.

Samsung Dishwasher Leaked after 11 Days
