    I am very disappointed with this dishwasher. It does not clean well at all and the racks inside are absolutely horrible and it is difficult to get things to go on the rack and stay rightside up.

    Less than one year in and circulation pump went out not easy to get ahold of Samsung for the included warranty and Best Buy not that helpful

    Broken on arrival.

    I bought the dishwasher and upon arrival I noticed 3 of the 4 feet were broken and did not hold position. The foundation was broken so there’s no way to replace the feet. Online service was of zero help. Having to get another truck, lift it into the bed, and deliver it back to the store is going to be such a headache. Stay far away from this mode/ customer service. Disappointed is an understatement.

    I was one day before the year warranty was up and got denied for service, my dish washer leaks water.

    Does not dry the dishes at all, i have to towel dry after EVERY wash, pretty disappointing

    We hate the rack layout, bowls fall over every time you open the door. It does work good.

    The product is good but for my big dishes it seems to be small and hard to organize. I wish I could have a different . Will recommend to see the product in person before you buy it.

    Flashing codes 2 weeks after purchase

    Trash, garbage, whatever word you decide to use to describe utter nonsense. Threw codes two weeks after purchase and will not complete a cycle. Conveniently after the return period. Do not buy! No help from Samsung or Best Buy.

    I’m very underwhelmed with this dishwasher, but I guess you get what you pay for. There are always food stains left on the dishes after the normal cycle. Maybe I need to try heavy. It just doesn’t seem like a great quality machine.

    Dish washer leaks inside after 6 months

    Bought a brand new Samsung dishwasher and only had it 6 months before it broke, it started leaking inside and won’t run anymore. Cheaply made and low quality. Don’t buy a Samsung dishwasher.

    Poor cleaning, the racks don’t have space for plates, the upright bars are too close, all dishes MUST be thoroughly cleaned before using the washer. Not a good item, period! Too bad

    Starting failing at 10 months!

    After about 10 months the units pump motor started turning on and off randomly. Over time, it ran less and less; sometimes never turning on and the dishes were identical condition as they went in....dirty. It's now 13 months old and the warranty is for 12 months.

    Samsung Dishwasher Leaked after 11 Days

    This dishwasher started displaying a leak code after 11 days, then after the power was turned off, leaked water across the kitchen floor. Best Buy replaced it at 11 days but I still don't trust the new one.

    Terrible! Stopped working after three wash cycles. Very disappointed. And installation was initially improper, too (was not properly hooked up). Glad it had a warranty.
