Samsung will not provide support after 5pm CST or weekends making it extremely difficult to get repairs or assistance.

I called for service or replacement but they were unable to provide service before the return deadline. I did remove the dishwasher and returned it to the store. I bought a replacement from somewhere else.

No help, broken in a month.

Wont power down turn off and best buy wont help since i didnt buy extra warranties. Even thoughy was delivered last month

To ensure the proper length of the power cable, it needs to be measured and bought separately. We recommend a jacketed 12-2 cable with ground. Note that some local codes may require the cable to have a BX-style metal jacket.

It is also far more quiet while running. For the most part I'm quite happy with it. However, the way that it is set up inside is taking some getting used to. It seems like a bit of a puzzle when trying to fit the dishes in. The thing I'm finding most to be most troublesome however. Is the basket they put inside to hold the silverware. Almost every section in it is very small with 2 that are just a bit larger. But the holes on the sides of the basket are large enough, I will at times find that a knife will slip all the way through one of them. But for the most part, it's a matter of figuring out the best way to make it work for you. Overall I'm happy with it and it was affordable making it the right one for me.

The delivery driver reported it damaged, however I had to wait at least 24 hours to process an exchange. This meant a few call backs back and forth until I finally caught them before business hours. I will say the exchange process was very easy and they had a new unit out in less than 48 hours.
