Cleans most of the grime off on the dishes. I have had small food particles left on dishes a couple of washes since I ran it 5 times. So far cleans silverware good.

Difficulty with racka

Also the plastic plate holders have melted and warped and that makes it hard to load certain items

However, there are two issues I wish they had thought through a bit better. The silverware removable rack has holes in the bottom that are too big. So, you have to put knives in with the sharp tips up, and that is dangerous. The other issue is that the interior is so dark it's hard to see where you are putting things, especially the silverware.

Cleans dishes perfectly. The dry time is a linger than my old one but still performs wonderfully. The sleek design is very appealing and the simplicity of choosing the mode you want is great.
