After washing even with the heated dryer, there is always water on everything. Its better to invest in a better one. Had I known this, I definitely would have not bought it.

I wish I could give it a zero it doesn’t even deserve one star. Just bought on October 22nd and it’s just Dec 11th and this thing suddenly started the draining prob, nothing is getting cleaned (I put em in there after rinsing) or drying. This dishwasher is a piece of crap.

Very bad experience buying appliances

I have to contact directly myself to Samsung and this will be my last buy from Samsung and bestbuy. No more appliances from best buy from now on. No more Samsung as well. Suck.

We only used like 1x a week. We have been going back and forth with new parts etc. Best Buy’s says now we qualify for an exchange. Almost a month still waiting for dishwashers.

Samsung tech said, "nothing is wrong with the dishwasher and to leave the door open to dry the dishes". I called the Samsung repair center and they confirmed that the dishwasher may not dry the dishes but there is "nothing wrong with it". When I asked to escalate the call to a supervisor since I thought that answer was crazy. I was then told this dishwasher has no heating element! just crazy! Why would I want a dishwasher that won’t dry the dishes????????????????

A seal and a valve have both broken, just outside of warranty. Delivery to my installer was slow as molasses and delayed multiple times, and now I need the second part and must wait for that as well, still washing my dishes by hand. No excuse for this when I had a new dishwasher only just over a year ago. Samsung needs to use high quality parts and make at least some of them interchangeable so that repairmen can fix these units promptly. I won't be buying Samsung appliances again.
