Calling BB tomorrow to see what my options are. Then I'll call Samsung. Currentlyyy not even able to have power running to it. Just continually tries to drain non-stop with zero water in it.

Fine when it doesn't leak

But often enough. It's leaked right through the floor onto some electronics and clothing stored in a closet. It also doesn't like to drain. We've had our pipes completely cleaned out. Still doesn't drain some times. We're having someone come out to look at it, but we shouldn't have to after less than a year. Maybe if this were a decade old I'd understand it. So disappointing.

Awful dishwasher

Not the dishes or the inside of the dishwasher, even with Jet Dry (which is Samsung's only solution). After every load the dishwasher would have large quantity of water/condensation. Had to return it for a higher end model.

not at all drying

Even after using the heated dry option, all the water vapour remains inside and condensed on the dishes as well on the wall of the dishwasher. There is no effective exhaust of the vapour to come out.

Terrible product, terrible warranty, bad service

Have veen ddaling with a leak in the front of the unit due to the door seal- samsung had a technician out that simply screwed in more to the side of my cabinets. Now that its been just over a year, it is no longer covered by warranty, and they wont due anything about it and treating the situation like its my fault. Ill never buy another appliance from them again.

This Machine has no rinse cycle and is broken and I just missed the warranty by a couple of days. It will cost me $250 to fix a $400 dishwasher. In addition, the valve malfunction is very common problem. I just want to save anyone frustration - because a working dishwasher make me happy! I will be unhappy for a while - a week to order the part.
