After 2 service calls the tech told me it would cheaper to buy a new one. So I did. 30 days later the same cycle of problems started. Half the time it stops in the middle of the cycle without draining or fully cleaned the dishes.

Not a good dishwasher

And will not complete the wash cycle. Never did a good job of drying. Both Best Buy and Samsung want well over $200 for a repair on an appliance that we only paid $379. Looks like we're buying a new dishwasher, NOT a Samsung

No power cord, no install instructions

That’s ridiculous. It’s a standard plug, why would Samsung be so cheap to not even include a power cord!? I’ll be avoiding Samsung products in the future!

I have scheduled 2 additional troubleshooting appointments (Best Buy- Total Tech) and the company assigned to come out has failed to come out both times. I currently still have the brand new defective dishwasher in my kitchen.

Don’t Buy, Doesn’t Dry

Dishwasher never gets dry unless the door is left open so there is always a smell when opening the door. It is constantly humid and wet. Dishes have a smell after they have been cleaned.

Does not dry!

After the very first completed wash (brand new) I assumed all was dry. I opened a couple day later and everything was still soaked and wet and a strong smell of mildew. You will need to keep the door open a crack After the cycle is completed so everything can air dry.

DOES NOT DRY
