Dishwasher Stainless Material is Horrible

Still under warranty. Had to pay out of pocket for the 90$ Part. Why I don’t know. Very dissatisfied. Part is on back order as well. Still don’t know how it functions haven’t been able to use it.

I am not sure when will it be installed now as i was told best buy canceled the installation appointment.

Most Samsung dishwashers use condensing dry technology. This means that the water gets really hot and turns into steam. Then when things cool down again, and the water droplets form, they form on the cooling stainless steel walls of the dishwasher instead of on your still-hot dishes (although this doesn't work as well with plastic dishes or containers, which cool quickly). Any remaining droplets on the dishes evaporate away, which is easier when the door is left cracked. Let us show you how to maximize your dishwasher's drying performance.
