Great product easy to install and dishes super clean

With affordable price, sleek, simple design this would have earned a much higher rating but its leaking after 3 years of well maintained service. Be sure to calculate extended warranty and or repairs if you plan to employ for longer than my ownership at the time of writing. P.S.- I've had to replace oring on drain pump annually. Its more significant this time, not solved yet.

Quiet running, cleans very well, Easy to use, very clean look.

I replaced the same item with this one hopefully this machine does not break down like the other one that I had for less than a year. The problem with the same other machine was that water used t seal to the moter and stop working

Great dishwasher. It washes and drys dishes better than the older more expensive model. Please note that during the initial 1-3 wash cycles the dishes might not dry well as the dishwasher appears to have some sort of protective coating from the factory, but by the third wash it drys well.

This dishwasher works really well, but after a few years, the bottom rack has areas that melted so the exposed metal is rusted. I don’t know if they sell replacement racks.

Worked for a while but after the 3 years were up, it started having issues running its cycle. Service guy (was great) told me it would most likely ne ~$400 if any repairs had to be made, the dishwasher cost $450. You get what you pay for. Now I'm buying a more expensive dishwasher 3 years later

Had this dw 2 years. Got the leak signal flasher. removed from cabinet and surveyed. Thought fixed. Loose mount screw on rack slide. Nope. Removed again. Couldn't find leak. Reinstall. Leak signal again. Removed again. Finally found a leak in water valve. Made very cheap. Ordered one..75 bucks later installed. No leak. Washes clean but poor quality control. Lowes btw.

Vert happy with this purchase. Fits right into my kitchen and does a proficient job vleaning the dishes. Doesn't leave spots on my glasses like my last dishwasher.

I purchased this dishwasher in 2020 and now in 2024 both the upper and lower racks are rusted and loosing pegs left and right. A replacement rack.costs $163. Ridiculous!!! I love my other Samsung appliances, but this one is a complete disaster. Look it up online, lots of folks with my same issue and many others. DO NOT BUY.

We got this about a year ago. Overall machine washes well and looks very nice. The dishes do come out very hot but not 100% dry. The biggest con is that it takes forever. I would say nornal wash is about 3+ hours.

Runs fantastic super quietly. Great quality for the price would buy again.

So happy to have a dishwasher has effectiveness and able to take care of all my beautiful dishes, pots, etc.

There are so many downfalls tot his it’s ridiculous. The top rack constantly get bound up when trying to pull it out, silverware fall through the silverware holder because the holes are too big causing it to catch on the body of the machine, the rinse aid door pops open during the cycle letting water into the reservoir, and the tines are arranged so that you can only load it how they intended and any odd shaped items don’t quite fit. STAY AWAY, FAR FAR AWAY! Honestly this machine has me questioning whether I will ever buy a Samsung appliance again. Stick to TVs…

This unit does a great job when it works. Unfortunately, it rarely works. We installed this ourselves and the first time we used it, it threw a code that there was a leak. We pulled it out, checked all of the connections, everything was dry, no leak anywhere. We called Samsung and they had us reset it by unplugging it for 30 seconds. It's hardwired, so we had to turn off power at the breaker. It solved the issue for 1 or 2 washes and then we got a new code. It was overheating. We stopped it and let it cool down, then retried the load. Leak sensor went off again, so we had to reset at the breaker again. We waited a couple days and tried again, and the same thing happened. First the overheat sensor code, then the leak sensor code. That was only the second or third load of dishes we had placed in the machine and we tried to wash it 4 times unsuccessfully. We haven't even had this unit for two weeks! Samsung is sending out a technician next week to replace the sensors. I'm honestly wondering whether it is worth it to let them try to fix it, or if we should just return it now.
