Does Not Clean Well At All
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Looks good for the price but...problems outweigh the benefits. First and foremost: does not clean well. After rinsing dishes, glasses, utensils under tap and whether DW is on Normal Cycle or Express 60: makes no difference. You will be greeted by hardened bits of food and dried out bits of parsley or lettuce. I run my dishwasher 1x to 2x a day and this is lunacy. I even increased my home's water pressure to 55 from 45 (well within the range of the the manual's recommended PSI range) and no change. I cleaned the DW drain and removed it and removed panel to check connections and spray nozzles. Nothing: Just a poorly made Dishwasher.

Watet doesnt drain completely

What’s going on? I have excellent water pressure and electrical at the house. I’m noticing others have the same problem. Is there a solution?. My unit is two months old and I’m tired of the soapy water left behind. Yes it’s also soapy.

Buyer Beware of Samsung Appliances!

Repair charge is almost as much as the unit itself. We also have a Samsung refrigerator that is broken as well which is also barely a year old. Buyer beware, Samsung products may look nice, but they are very unreliable!!

BS. Its cheaply made. Also the silverware basket spaces are too wide and the utensils fall through bottom.

Two warranty service calls later, still doesn't work. Have been without a working dishwasher for 4 it of the 6 weeks I've owned it. Samsung customer service is also maddening. I spent over four hours on the phone one day getting transferred from one person to the next and told different things by all of them. Spend the extra money and get a better dishwasher or dabs money and do your dishes by hand which is what you'll end up doing if you waste your money on this one
