Webaite has been spamming me about reviewing this dishwasher and here it is. I bought it before selling my home and never used it. There.

I got a great price, but the dishwasher was missing the box, the manual, and the front kick plate. When I bought it as an open box it said it had everything and the box. Luckily I used my old dishwashers kick plate.

Broke in less than 3 years. Repair people mostly refuse to work on Samsung dishwashers. The quote to fix was more than the original cost. What a waste. It was nice to buy a matching, discounted package, but I won't be fooled next time. Buy a better brand.

It ran well for couple of years. After that it was nothing but problems with codes, now no codes and it does not work. We have spent about $250 in six months and still not working. Called Samsung certified repair shop. They want $125 just to come and fixing will be extra. If they don't have the parts, they will come again and charge for that visit too.

Delivered in December, still doesn't work. Repaired 2x (told it wasn't installed right by GeekSquad), and STILL doesn't work (I don't mean work well, i mean it doesn't work.) & After 3 months, Samsung and Best Buy still can't get their act together regarding refund, Samsung only giving 2/3 of what was paid, since BestBuy won't provide full receipt, and yahoos won't pick it up - get rid of it yourself. Scratch and dent at Ocoee outlet but drain house was cracked and had to replace in rental unit.

The sensor keeps shorting out inside, so we need to keep the door open after it runs until the inside is dry. Otherwise, we must turn off the breaker for 48 hours to reset. It is only 4 years old.

Im so livid I won’t ever buy a appliance from bestbuy again. I had this dishwasher delivered 4 days ago to find out after the geeks left that the dishwasher does not come with a electrical plug or water hose to hook it up to the sink! No way to plug it in or hook up to water! What planet are you living on when there no electric plug that comes with it. Was told there sold separately! Im hoping my house burns down because i had to install a electric plug myself and buy a water hose because im going to sue Bedt Buy for every dollar i can get. This is a safety hazard waiting to happen! I will not be buying Best Buy products and your ripoff scams !

I bought mine 3 years ago, it is already leaking and the repair cost is 50% of what I paid for it and Samsung is not backing it at all. Big waste of money and really disappointing. Dishwashers are supposed to last 10 years, not 3.

Have had this dishwasher for 4 years. Loved it until now. The gasket tubing now has a hole from natural wear and tear. It will need an entire new door now. Unfortunate.

Samsung - 24" Top Control Built-In Dishwasher - Stainless steel

Purchased this unit Nov of 2019. May of 2022, the unit failed and let water out onto my kitchen floor. Required me to replace part of my subfloor and buy a new NOT SAMSUNG dishwasher. Buyer Beware!

Samsung Warranty is the worst - Had Samsung come out because unit leaked on first run. Being brand new I called other "big Box store" - which only has 48 return policy on major appliances. We bought (6) Samsung appliance on Black Friday Weekend - but did not install until after Christmas. Service tech from Cone Appliance Repair was nice enough and even showed me the factory cracked tub in the corner (no visible damage to outside unit). He stated Samsung will replace. Call his supervisor who asked to take him off of speaker phone. And a few days later Samsung called and said "not covered" because they could be sure when tub cracked. He took photos and a video of the unit running and leaking. - I'm posting this everywhere Samsung is sold I'll add photos to show where the unit is stressed crack in front right corner.

I will never purchase another Samsung product again or from shop at Best Buy again. I purchase a dishwasher on April 30 since we are in a pandemic there was no delivery or installation we hooked the dishwasher used it two weeks later to our surprise the dishwasher was leaking. We called best buy and Samsung both stated I was OUT of $406.59. Best buy has a 15 day return policy which is ridicules they do this just so you can be the over priced extended warranty. Samsung has stated because their product have a hairline fracture which no one knows how this I am stuck with a useless dishwasher.

The racks are rusting and falling apart. The buttons are not responsive to touch. Over all I wish we would have gone with the Bosch.

We purchased this July of 2020 and today it just stopped working properly it hasn’t even been three years and I use this maybe twice a week. Waste of money
