I’ve had this dishwasher for two years. It worked somewhat okay until now. It has the dreaded blinking “Normal” light problem which indicates one of two things: it’s flood sensor is faulty, thinking the dishwasher isn’t draining when it is or it’s actually not draining and will leak out onto your floor from the bottom. (This appears to be due to some kind of defect with this dishwasher as the problem has repeatedly been raised by owners. Replacing it is $125 cost if I do it myself, or at least $350 if I hire someone to do it. I’ve opted against either because I can’t figure out if that’s what the problem is for sure and it’s not worth a $150 service charge just to have someone look at it. Even before this issue it had ongoing cleaning problems where I’d have to hand wash a bunch of stuff after running it through the machine. Also the stuff on the top rack never dries. I’ll never buy a Samsung appliance again. Look elsewhere!

Just installed... works great. It fits perfectly and was relatively easy to install. The plug had the "W" for the white wire connection, green for the ground and by deduction the last nonlabeled wire was for the black wire. Came with all the parts necessary for installation. Instructions were great and a must-read.

I like how it looks. It was easy to install as well. it didn't seem to dry very well though. I might play with different detergent and rinse agents. My only regret is that I didn't plan on it having top controls as I had to jut it out a little bit from the enclosure to be able to reach the buttons.

Cleans well, long cycle though my big gripe is the way the racks are set up for loading hard to get a good load in as angled side of rack is only for small plates, bigger bowls have to take up a ton of space, Likes- basic dishwasher with good price, cleans well, good space to get longer pots in Dislikes- racks u have to get creative with, lengthy cycles, cheap feel to components

A very quiet and efficient machine so far. I installed it myself using the home installation kit and found it to be fairly simple. Packed with plenty of features to get the job done, and with options. Definitely happy with this machine!

great dishwasher, clean looking. Great for the money

For the price, its not a bad unit. It does struggle to dry sometimes. But its a fairly quiet machine, easy to install.

I’ve had this dishwasher for 2.5 years and it’s still running smoothly. I love it the dishes always come out spotless. This machine is very quiet. I am very happy with my purchase

It took my husband less than 30 minutes to install I immediately ran the wash and could not believe how quiet it was; I thought it wasn’t working at first LOL I love the dishwasher it’s high end it looks beautiful and the dishes come out sparkling. You can hear your favorite TV show while it runs you won’t even know it’s on

This dishwasher is pretty quiet and easy to use. It gets the dishes clean but it does not always dry them completely.

So we had a bumpy start with this dishwasher...you really do need a rinse aid with these energy efficient dishwashers but its been so many decades since I’ve had a new dishwasher- I didn’t know! It’s simple, it’s quiet, and it cleans great. Can’t beat the price.

Item from the Outlet Center was in good shape and as the rating stated. This was a great surprise. It was a great product for the money. It looks good and works great. I would look to use the outlet center forany future needs.

Works very. I like the different cleaning modes and delay features. It was easy to install with minimal tools the adjustable racks are an added bonus. However the lower rack can easily slip from the track that sor is the only downside.

This dishwasher looks high end but at a very affordable price. It has a large interior space for plenty of dirty dishes. When running it is a quite machine and does a good job of cleaning the dishes. I am very happy with this purchase and would recommend it for anyone looking to buy a dishwasher in this price range.

Great dishwasher. Easy instructions and easy to install if you know what you’re doing. I’m not necessarily a handy man but I had an easy time putting the connections together and installing it. Runs great and clean very well with minimal rinsing before hand.

So far I’m very happy with my purchase!! Always liked shopping at Best Buy. Bought a microwave and a dishwasher to complete my kitchen remodel.My Samsung microwave fit very nicely over my range.My dishwasher is so quiet I don’t even know it’s on.It does a super job on my dishes .
