the delivery and installation was great but the dishwasher design said it had a hybrid stainless steel tub, but what it had was a stainless steel inside door and a plastic tub my husband called best buy and best buy fixed that and sent a dishwasher with a stainless steel tub to replace the one that came and they removed and reinstalled the replacement dishwasher with no problem. Its quite and a simply look.

This has been an awesome purchase, I love the convenience and how quiet the system is. I truly forget I have it.

I have been using this dishwasher for only a coupler of weeks but so far my wife and I are very please about how quiet and how well if works. No complaints so far.

The Bad: This is a good dishwasher but about half the weight of my previous dishwasher. The insulation is thinner and the outside is plastic instead of stainless. With these changes this is not a quiet dishwasher. The Good: All that being said this works well, cleans dishes well and was easy to install. The electrical connection is great, the drain hose is built in and the water hookup was easy to setup. Overall For the price and functionality this is a great dishwasher.

Best bang for the buck. To get a Samsung decent priced with awesome performance, it’s a must buy

Old dishwasher finally failed (heating coil) and I needed to get a replacement installed fast. Very happy with my purchase. Found this dishwasher at my local Best Buy outlet. Decided to give it a try based on reviews online. The professional review I read suggested this dishwasher is prone to "re-deposit" where food/detergent is left on the dishes when cycle completes. However, I have yet to experience this myself. For the $, this is a value & cleans exceptionally well! Pros: • Quiet: There are lower dB dishwashers on the market. However, sound quickly fades into the background. • Cycles available: 1hr, auto, normal, heavy along with time-delay, heated wash/dry, & sanitize. All options needed to complete your cleaning. 3 cleaning arms + pump pressure do a great job blasting away stuck on food. • Convenience: Top rack is quickly repositioned. Rinse aid reservoir has a snap-door versus a cap. Ease of removing the filter insert, perforated screen, & mesh filter. Not something commonly thought of or a frequent task. However, a great benefit to remove dog hair, debris, etc. to ensure performance & long dishwasher life. Opportunities: • Racks are a slightly over-designed/don't readily accommodate awkward items. Decided to remove the wine-glass supports to afford more room on the top rack. The rod/supports on the lower rack are at an angle on one-half; great for plates, somewhat of an obstacle for glass bowels (Pyrex). • Heated dry. Dries the items on the bottom rack well. Top rack drying is marginal & plastic items are left with residual water. Again, for the $, not a deal breaker. If you rely on heated dry, please take this into consideration.

This dish washer is the the pots and pans! heated, sanitized, steam cleaned! shoot. sometimes i wish i was a tall glass just so i could have the experience of hopping in this mean lean steel dish-washing machine. No more soapy hands grandma, were riding first class with a sparkling crystal glass

I am not giving 5 stars only for the noise and the cycle time. According to my knowledge, it should be less noisy and faster, but maybe I am too much perfect oriented.

It certainly gets the dishes clean. I happen to have Dansk Mesa plates and they are quite heavy. Very difficult to get in the dish racks.

Half the price of others, and washes awesome! Best buy had the best price. The product was not damaged when shipped like other online companies

The unit looks great, runs great, is really quiet, sometimes I can't tell it's running. I've got to put a sign on it to let me know.

For the price.this is a great dishwasher. Not too loud. Easy to work with. A little hard to install but nothing you can’t figure out. Overall very good

The dishwasher works great in cleaning. Only thing I kinda don’t like is the drying. Still some moisture after drying.

So far so good after 4 months. I installed myself even though I'd never done it before. Look up the model on YouTube and follow the guys instructions. I did buy a j connect off Amazon to fit my water line. Boom in business!
