Great machine! Some are complaining of the drying - drying isn’t great but that’s expected with almost all dishwashers. That’s why they sell Jet Dry. Bought that and it works great. Very quiet. Does take a while to wash but we do it at night so not an issue. Also paid extra 30 bucks for them to take away our old dishwasher! So worth it!

Haven't had much time to evaluate it's cleaning ability as yet. However, it looks great in our new kitchen and the price was reasonAble!

Looks great, is quiet, and overall a great appliance. Samsung makes great products.

Looks nice but reliability? Time will tell. Dishwashers?...Don't know. I do know Samsung refrigerators are inferior to Frigidaire but the dishwashers seem OK. So far. I have rental units to manage and so far, dishwashers are so-so OK. They look great. But parts break too often (e.g. the non-spot rinse compartment, which costs $110 to replace!). As long as the unit stays working for 5 years, I'll be happy. I am dubious however, based on Samsung's poor reliability track record.

Only been a few weeks or I may have given 5 stars. But, so far good dishwasher! Cleans geat! Hour cycle handy and gets things quite clean. We do pre rinse.

Despite this dishwasher being of the same capacity as my previous one, this rack design fits WAY LESS dishes. In fact, I am always about a 1/2 load behind. For the first time in my life, I end up leaving dishes in the sink overnight because I cannot fit everything in after dinner. It's a daily source of irritation. The top rack is unnecessarily too low for me. I wonder if it's to allow for taller plastic items on the top? Well, I don't use plastics. And if not for plastic, then I cannot imagine what could go up there, as the rack does not seem sturdy enough to support heavy pots and things. The height of the bottom row is inadequate because, naturally, the top rack hangs so low. For instance, a 10"D frying pan needs to be laid face-down because it would get caught on the fan. Thus, this one pan occupies 25% of the entire bottom rack. If you are doing any kind of major cooking session or live with a large family, this dishwasher is not going to work. Also, I concur with other reviewers that this thing does not dry properly, despite taking ages. Overall, I dislike.

Meh, it's a dishwasher. It will wash your dishes with average gusto. The racks are unintuitive and a little frustrating. I hate that the clean light doesn't stay on long. Our last dishwasher left the light on until the door was open. I miss that. The utensils drawer is awkward. But it does wash our dishes which is really why I needed it
