I recently purchased the Samsung 24" Top Control Built-In Dishwasher, and unfortunately, my experience has been less than satisfactory. Within just nine months of ownership, I've had to schedule service calls not once, not twice, but four times already, and I'm currently awaiting my fifth. The repeated issues I've encountered are deeply concerning. The laundry list of failures includes the pump, heater, and circuit board, all of which have malfunctioned at various points. This ongoing saga has not only been inconvenient but also a significant disappointment given the initial expectations I had for a reputable brand like Samsung. While the dishwasher's design and features may seem appealing, the constant need for service and the unreliability of its core components have left me frustrated and dissatisfied. I strongly advise potential buyers to consider investing a little more in a higher-quality unit from a different brand. In the long run, it may save you the headache of frequent breakdowns and the inconvenience of multiple service calls. In conclusion, my experience with the Samsung dishwasher has been far from ideal, and I cannot recommend this particular model based on its performance and reliability issues.

I loved this dishwasher, but the quality is a little rough. I bought in 2022 and has a two year warranty on it. Literally two year has passed and i have to get it replaced.

We were really excited to get all new appliances and then this dishwasher has been terrible. We had a technician come to check it out because it would not drain for some odd reason. He claimed it was because there was something stuck on the drain line. Little after the same issue started happening so I called them again and then they said it was because it wasn't levelled so I sat there turning the little legs to level the front. It worked for a little and then the same problem happened. It stops halfway through the cycle and then tries to drain but nothing comes out. You have to force drain and cancel for it to drain completely and hope that if you start the cycle again it finishes it. I don't know what it is but it's annoying to not know if it will work or not every time.

This is nice replacement for our 15 years dishwasher, installed it my self and so easy as 123.

We bought this dishwasher with a package deal, refrigerator stove a reasonably priced good quality easier to keep clean for one of our rentals we’re doing a remodel in the kitchen this is perfect.

So far so good. It looks great and installation was quite simple. Features work nicely.

This is the worst dishwasher I had. It takes too long to wash dishes and even then, dishes come out with food still stuck to them, But even worse than that, after only 2.5 years of use by a family of 4 people, the part of the upper rack rusted and fell off ! It never happened to me before and all reps at Samsung are very good at politely ignoring you and insisting that it is a normal occurrence. I had used Whirlpool dishwashers in the past and they never had a single part rusted on them. What a shame! So, may be, Samsung should stick to making phones, or wait they are failing at that too! When will they start listening to their customers?

Works well, fairly quiet. Would have been nice if the required electric cord was included.

Quiet, heat works pretty well. We rinse the dishes before putting inside so don't know if there is heavy residue that it will clean well but for how we use it, it is good. One main downside and irritating thing is; it does not have a light on the front to let you know when dishes are clean. You have to open to find out since the indicator light is under the counter. If you have a teen or child that does not put dishes away, will grab a plate and close it and when you check you think it's dirty. No light on the front would change my mind buying this dishwasher. Overall the quality is good enough not to deal with a hassle of return, Uninstall, and reinstall. Good luck for the ones who have to pay for that.

Great dishwasher. Great features, quiet cleaning, and much more thorough cleaning than my old dishwasher. It has two easy to remove and clean filters.

Good product for the price. Easy to install. Stainless steel door is nice.

I recently purchased this dishwasher with a refrigerator, range and microwave. This look of this is very clean and stylish. It also cleans dishes very well. My only complaint is that it a little bit loud when operating.

It cleans the dishes very well. It doesn't dry them the greatest but overall it works fine.

Dishwasher has fulfilled all the expectations I had. Great purchase and value for the price listed.

Just got all new matching Stainless Steel finish appliances for our new kitchen, rebuilding after a house fire last year. This dishwasher operates easily and is nice and quiet as it runs!
