Doesn’t dry

Huge flaw on Samsungs part. Once the dishes are done I have to leave it open for about an hour so they will dry before I can put them away. We had an old Whirlpool dishwasher before this one and never had a problem. I would suggest looking for a different dishwasher because it is quite annoying having soaking wet dishes.

Interior is above average quality and very functional. Quiet. Cleaned dishes well. Peace of mind with leak detector. Cons- After a few days of following directions the dishes were dripping wet after every cycle. Read the reviews again seeing others with the same experience lead to calling Best Buy to request a refund but ended up grading to a Whirlpool model that had much more positive reviews. This was my first time dealing with Best Buy Customer service. They went above and beyond my expectations to resolve the issue with my replacement difference paid for on the phone and without me asking the CS rep set up delivery for my replacement that came in today and driver took the machine that didn't dry back to the store. Our vintage looking dishwasher that was maybe 25 or more years old washed and dried so I never would have thought a 2020 model would not be able to do the basics. Our Samsung Washer and Dryer is still fully functional years later. I really wanted to like this machine but it's a no for me dawg.
