Replaced another Samsung that failed after 5 years and it appears to e quality has gotten worse than when I bought the last one. Works great but looks and feels cheap. Also the anti fingerprint coating just makes it harder to clean

Samsung says Bestbuy damaged it on install and Bestbuy says they only cover installs for 90 days. I keep getting boxed in by "policy" talk and no one willing to actually help me without money out of my pocket. Very disappointed.

Posted .Hi Andy! Just the normal light blinking is an error code indicating that the dishwasher thinks there may be a leak somewhere. There are a few things that can cause this. Of the three, this is the most disappointing. The installer talked me into drilling the drain hole higher then the previous one explaining there would likely be no backwash when draining and just the opposite has occurred. It's never dry inside. After a few months, I've also noticed a cloudiness on my glasses, I did not have before. Sound levels are not terribly loud but neither is it a quiet machine. I would advise potential purchasers to spend more to get more and beware of installers instructions.

Posted .I understand your frustrations and I would love to help you get the best performance out of your dishwasher. Samsung dishwashers use condensing dry technology. This means that the water gets hot and turns into steam, then when things cool down again the water droplets forms on the walls of the dishwasher. To improve the drying performance open the door within 1 hour of the cycle's completion.
