This dishwasher cleans well...when it works. It has regular and constant problems with getting clogged, getting stuck in pumping cycles, the little soap door doesn't work well 80% of the time. After 2 years, I'm completely fed up and replacing it. I should have done so a long time ago.

It doesn't always start the first time. It sounds like it's starting but then it doesn't do anything until you open the door and press the button a second time. Does not dry well at all and if you select the sanitization option it emits a very high pitched hum noise. It does seem to clean well and is very quiet when not on sanitization mode.

It's okay but I don't understand why the dishwasher has long cycles. The lowest cycle is 60 minutes which is the one I use. Cleans the dishes fine but what a waste of electricity.

Bought a house that didn't have a dishwasher. Decided to buy this one. Does an excellent job cleaning the dishes. It lacks the heating power to dry the dishes well. I noticed that most of plastic wares are still wet after the cycle. Good starter dishwasher for the price.

Excellent so far! Cleans well, and dries well on the normal rinse. Haven't had to use any heavy duty settings yet. I think using a drying agent helps most though, no matter what dishwasher you buy. The only con is that it's hard to clean the front of it, because it definitely shows every fingerprint!

This was a great price. It cleans the dishes really well. It is very User friendly & easy to use. It is super quiet when it’s on. Love the buttons on inside of dishwasher. Love the variety of options on it.

While the installation package (kit, delivery, installation, haul-away) was expensive, the service was done on time and seemingly professionally. There has not been any problem yet (about a month since installation) and I hope that this brand new Samsung dishwasher works flawlessly for a long time to come.

Great look, quieter thannthe one replaced. But not happy with the racks and seems small. Does not dry dishes very good. But the do come out spotless

It is a very quiet running dishwasher and I have been very pleased with the cleanliness of the dishes. The control panel is easy to use and just requires a soft touch to turn on and choose the settings.

Been half a year, and still going strong. Some things could be better, but for the price it was a steal.

Good value for the price, easy to use. Shipping was inaccurate with timeline. Best Buy was unable to contact 3rd party for updated shipping timeline. Was delivered 2+ hours after shipping window time and missing installation kit that was ordered.

So the dishwasher hasn't broke, which is a good sign up the pegs on the bottom rack have been opened up and started to rust (see pictures). I bought this dishwasher in 2021 nad just realized the bottom rack was rusting, so who knows how long I have been eating and drinking off dishes that have been cleaned with rust water. I looked up this issue on reddit and saw other people have the same issue. This isn't a knock on Best Buy, they provided good customer support. I'm going to reach out to Samsung and see what they can do for me.

My wife and I decided to upgrade the appliances in our house and we started with the dishwasher. We selected this dishwasher because of the excellent reviews, stainless steel and hidden buttons. We are pleasantly surprised with dishwasher. First, the installation was very easy. Secondly, this Samsung does an excellent job with cleaning dishes. Lastly, there was enough storage capacity to accommodate a large family, which we loved. This dishwasher delivers excellent quality at the perfect price point.

Deliver on time by Best Buy. You will need the adapter to connect the water. It takes one hour to install it with very basic tools. It is less noisy than the one that I was replacing. Dishes are coming clean. Glass and metal 100% dry. Plastics need to be left outside to dry.

Purchased Samsung Stainless Steel Top Control Built-in Dishwasher in June 2020. After 6 months of use, I am extremely happy with the dishwasher unit. We had owned a Frigidaire unit that lasted us many years but finally quit working. We had a little bit of a learning curve on this unit, but it was well worth it. Pros: Stainless Steel Front, Controls on Top of Door, Very Quiet, Energy Star Efficient, Price Cons: Wiring up electrical plug, Heavy Soiled Dishes not as clean So much quieter than my last dishwasher, that I question if it is even running. So far, so good. The trays are plastic, which are not a big deal for me, it makes the unit lighter and easier to push into place.

After looking a long while to get a new dishwasher because of a shortage of competitively priced options in our area during the pandemic, we chose this Samsung. It arrived several weeks later, as scheduled by Best Buy, along with the delivery and installation for which we paid. It meets our expectations. Although somewhat noisier with a higher purchase price than our old Maytag machine, it is quiet enough and looks nice. It cleans the dishes well just on Express 60. (All the other modes run for a very long time.) We don't use the drying feature very often, but the drying worked fine when we did. Most important, the filter at the bottom is much easier to access than in our previous dishwasher. Overall, we are relieved because washing dishes by hand was messy and a time killer.

Heating element went on the last one (GE). Given COVID, installed myself. Not too difficult to install. Does not come with a power chord. Strongly recommend to use Cascade for drying dishes/glass.

Pros: Quiet Very nice looking Does a very good job cleaning dishes Cons: I do not like the configuration of the slots. It makes it difficult to load pots in conjunction with plates. Inside seems a bit smaller than my last machine Overall I think this is a decent product. It does the job that is intended. I do see why they changed the configuration of the inside on the more updated version. If you can afford it, go for the upgrade. But overall its not bad
