It does not dry dishes in any way shape or form! Heated dry selection is a joke. It is quieter than my old one, and it gets dishes clean, but if I have to hand dry everything I may as well hand wash it too! Now I’m stuck, because if I replace it with another brand, it won’t match the rest of the Samsung appliances.

I wondered if the drying unit is functional. Installation - paid for the service and the crew broke my water pipe and damaged my floor. They had no tools to deal with a burst pipe and lacked experience. Customer support - very poor. Never took responsibility for my issue and took over a month to confirm they broke my water pipe and still refused to pay for damages.

Control panel on the top, nice black finish with the stainless steel looking handle. It's quiet, washes great - the drying as mentioned is 'ok' sometimes, but doesn't seem nearly as bad as what people complain about.

Fails after 17 months

To me that means 10-15 years of service. Here I am 17 months later having to replace it. Tried all the possible ideas, runs for 45 minutes and error codes out. 12 month warranty of course! Will never buy a Samsung again, and suggest others BEWARE!

Machine Won't Turn on After 2 Months

The book said the light is an indication of a leak, but there were no leaks; so it must be a faulty sensor of some sort. I can leave the door open and after about two/three hours the sensor dry's out and the machine will work again. However, its very inconvenient to have to keep doing that. It's very unreliable. Next time I will consider a GE

Washes great, poor rack

Problem is the lower rack slides off the track unless you pull on it "just right," and "just right" isn't even pulling on it straight.
